Upcoming productions and events

Our next production, planned for April 30th to May 2nd 2027 is The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, at the Eastgate Theatre.

Are you interested in taking part, on or offstage?

There will be a chance to audition on Tuesday, the 10th November at the Drill Hall in Peebles. The auditions will be very informal, consisting of reading the play script, so please come along!

The play is an adaptation of Mark Haddon’s hugely successful novel of the same name. 15 year-old Christopher has a photographic memory. He understands maths. He understands science. What he can’t understand are other human beings. When he finds his neighbour’s dog lying dead on the lawn, he decides to track down the killer and write a murder mystery… but what other mysteries will he end up uncovering?

If you decide to join the production, the fee is £20 per year for membership, taking you up to the annual general meeting in May/June 2027.
